PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

Clarion Construction completed the build-out of the Kohler Waters Spa Café, creating a refined food service space that aligns with the spa’s upscale guest experience while meeting strict Cook County health and safety standards. From specialty plumbing to sanitary finishes, every detail was designed for durability, cleanliness, and seamless inspections.

• Delivered a fully code-compliant café build-out designed to meet Cook County Department of Public Health and Illinois State Plumbing Code requirements.

• Installed commercial kitchen infrastructure including hand sinks, prep sinks, and a properly sized three-compartment sink with indirect waste connections.

• Applied smooth, non-absorbent, easy-to-clean finishes throughout food prep, storage, and wash areas to support sanitation and long-term maintenance.

• Constructed compliant restrooms, organized storage systems, shielded lighting, and designated employee areas to ensure safe, efficient operations.

• Clarion Project Management coordinated multiple trades and worked closely with ownership and inspectors to streamline approvals and deliver a safe and streamlined space on schedule.
