Delivered as a design-build project. Clarion, along with their trusted subcontractor network, designed and built the space around Tornos' specific operational requirements, providing a single point of accountability from preconstruction through closeout.

Created a custom showroom environment featuring in-house curved glazing, custom stone flooring, open ceiling deck, and upgraded power and HVAC systems tailored to the tenant's industrial and corporate needs.

Clarion's in-house permit expediting team supported the permitting process throughout, helping to navigate municipal approvals and keep the project on schedule.
