PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

Challenges

  • Create custom 3Form Wall.

  • Create new East Entrance.

  • Tenant had a tight timeframe to complete the build out and move in.
     

Solutions

  • Clarion carpenters purchased individual components for resin walls saving the tenant thousands but maintaining the integrity of the design and vision.

  • New entrance was designed and built with structural steel, a concrete foundation and storefront glazing provided by inhouse Clarion specialist.

  • Clarion project manager prepared an aggressive schedule building out nearly 14K sf of office, 17K sf of tech and 41K sf of warehouse in nine weeks. From permit to move-in was a mere five weeks.

IN-HOUSE SERVICES:

  1. Custom “clouds” in new tech space

  2. Cubes were fed through concrete flooring to maintain aesthetic appeal of the design without obstruction

  3. Break room

  4. New building entrance

  5. Custom resin wall
