PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

This 5,035 SF Chicago-centric Class A office space in 321 N. Clark was completed in just six weeks. Includes intricate details with many imported materials, but the Clarion team was able to deliver on time and to the complete satisfaction of the client.

Clarion provided alternates to some long lead time items and expedited what they could, including the imported Italian wood flooring.

​​

Many of the features were built by Clarion specialists, including:

 

  • Custom entry with imported terracotta brick wall and planters to represent Wrigley Field

 

  • Custom steel sash, Zippy Grid Window Systems created to look like the old Chicago steel windows for both conference rooms

 

  • Sound dampening features like Armstrong’s ACOUSTIBuilt ceiling system & FabriTRAK walls​​
