PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Renovated approximately 10,000 SF to convert a former showroom and storage area into expanded spa facilities, including eight treatment rooms, hydrotherapy Vichy shower, and upgraded pool, sauna, hot tub, locker room, café, and commercial kitchen.

  • Executed extensive in-house work including demolition, carpentry, finishes, painting, taping, wall coverings, glazing, wood slat installations, and salt wall features.

​

  • Phased construction to complete major invasive work during COVID-related shutdowns, followed by controlled execution while the spa remained operational.

​

  • Coordinated construction activities to meet an externally set reopening date while maintaining safety, quality control, and operational continuity.

​

  • Installed state-of-the-art Kohler fixtures throughout the facility in accordance with brand and performance standards.
