PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

6,344 sf restaurant was gutted and rebuilt in just 7 months.

Project included the restructuring of parts of the original building, including new walls and a new roof in two areas.

Completely redid the exterior façade with stucco and brick, painting it to match the new design.

Added a new exterior open eating area, seamlessly integrating it with the existing structure.

Installed new drywall throughout, along with custom millwork features.
-
Supplied and installed all new windows.
-
Applied new flooring, ceiling treatments, and specialty lighting throughout the entire space.

Installed stainless steel panels behind the bar.
-
Installed reclaimed wood features on both walls and ceilings, including custom staining in multiple colors.

Installed custom garage doors with in-house glazing team

The Clarion team worked closely and seamlessly with The Assembly team to meet their vision and budget.
