A. General Contractor
Clarion specializes in all Tenant and Capital Improvements for the commercial and industrial building. Our vendors are pre-qualified in 3 areas [Experience, Finance, and Insurance/Safety] to insure that they will be an asset to the project. Clarion maintains Carpenters, Painters, Glazers, and Laborers for more control on our projects. We also keep our staff ready for any building need, like door and dock or paint and carpet lease renewals, etc, etc. When you hire Clarion, you are not hiring a ‘paper’ General Contractor... we do real work (and we still push a lot of paper too).
B. Building Services & Glass
Clarion provides a work order process for our corporate Clients & Landlords. Facility & Property Managers use our Building Services group to perform building repairs & emergency work orders with real tradesmen.
C. Alternative Delivery
Clarion offers both construction management and design build services. Both of these project deliveries are used extensively in new construction, but Clarion has perfected the processes for the renovation market.

- Construction Management. The Clarion process allows you to start your projects earlier, complete market vender bidding and maintain full transparency. As a customer advocate by contract, the process enables us to start the permit process while still in the design phase. The benefits from multiple sub-bidding and ‘open book’ reporting will give Clarion customers the accountability they may need with their clients or board.
- Design Build. The Clarion process allows customers single source accountability with design team and contractor. Adjusting the budget and scope with one point of contact gives customers greater control over project cost. The benefits and processes of Clarion’s Design Build system are perfect for our customers fast track and turn-key projects.
