Clarion was hired by the Cyber Development Company to act as Construction Manager for their new Multi Tenant Data Centers in two buildings. Cyber boasts the most technology advanced collocation facility supporting a complete range of hosting, storage and recovery solutions in North America. Clarion's role as Construction Manager was to coordinate all of the prime mechanical contracts and complete over $2 million in work with our various trades. New electrical services and redundant services {UPS and Generator} were required. Special Fire Alarm and FM 200 gas was installed as well as water and air cooled Liebert units. New computer floors and ceilings with rated penetrations were installed in the waterproof rooms.
