OM workspace is the office design arm of Office Max. OM designs and sells all types of furniture and finishes for the corporate office. As OM moved away from the Office Max corporate offices, they required a facility that could act as both showroom and design center offices. Clarion was the Design/Builder of this 12,000sf renovation that included many of OM’s products and finishes. In addition to their pods and finishes, Clarion implemented a ceiling height increase project and some capital improvements for the landlord, NAI Hiffman.
