CH Robinson Call Center

Clarion completed this 50,000sf Design/Build project in 2008. CH Robinson liked this facility for its location and parking availability, however they were concerned with the lack of ‘volume’ in the existing office/tech space. Hundreds of employees now enjoy the ‘Loft’ feeling in the call center operation after the ceiling was removed and the mechanicals were raised. A complete finish-out of the space included Data, Break, and Conference and Board rooms.
