We have developed training processes for our supervisors and trades that control the project, and working with our vendors to develop their roles in meeting these 4 criteria. Underperforming on any of the four will cost the customer money or damage the tenant manager relationship. It is clear to us that pre-construction and pre-lease is the only time to create satisfactory budgets and scope.
