ABOUT CLARION - Our History
In 1989 Clarion Development principals in Chicago wanted a construction arm and brought in Vince Martorano to lead the new group. With family members Ken Johnson and Phil Martorano, Clarion Construction was able to focus on the commercial tenant construction market. The family members bought out the development partners before 1991 so they could add trade focuses to the team. Adding training & safety techniques to the new company processes enabled Clarion to add more field staff. The carefully selected & trained staff enabled Clarion to become one of the timeliest interior contractors in the area today. On Time, Every Time!
In 2009 Clarion added Building Services for our landlord & corporate clients. In 2010 Clarion added Glass service to our list of Self-performed trades. Both of these company additions allow our customers to have real tradesmen perform building repairs through emergency or work order processes.
